The Practice has recently undertaken its 2007 -2008 Patient Satisfaction Survey, and has developed an Action Plan to try and improve the services we provide. This has been discussed with the PCT who have approved our plans . We will concentrate on improving opening hours / access, waiting times to see the Doctor, and telephone access.
